By safeguarding a set of our customers keys, we are available for any emergency services that you require 24 hours a day, whether that is responding to a tripped alarm, or removing the risk of responding to an actual incident. Our keyholding and alarm response service allows our clients to relax in the knowledge that their property is properly secured.

Keys are stored in accordance with regulatory standards set by the industry regulator the Security Industry Authority (SIA). ESG Security is approved by the SIA to provide alarm response, lost key services and access to approved contractors. Our keyholding and alarm response service is carried out in accordance with the latest version of BS 7984 and we cater for both commercial and domestic properties. All officers are fully insured, with cover extending to loss of keys, wrongful arrest and efficacy. Alcumus SafeContractor inspects our keyholding and alarm response service as well as our other security services for safe systems of work.

As part of our service we will also supply signage for your property to advertise that the building is protected by ESG Security. Displaying this prominently can provide a visible disincentive to would be criminals and prevent instances of break ins and damages. In the event of an activation, our service provides a prompt response to your premises 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To meet the Policy of the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC), we attend activations within 20 minutes. Our SIA licensed and fully trained officers attend activations in a marked patrol vehicle. Our officers will initiate appropriate action as required, and generally look after your interests, relieving you of any worry whilst you are away from your property.
