As the Commercial Director, Justin oversees service development, identifies new market opportunities, and determines optimal pricing to win work.

Zafar Iqbal Senior Operations Manager

As the Senior Operations Manager, Zafar is responsible for day to day operations, site visits, and provides operations support to staff across the UK.

Matthew Bigg Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, Matthew manages personnel, service delivery and improvement programmes, and communicates effectively with all staff.

As the Business Development Lead, Todd is responsible for developing relationships with existing customers, and for year on year generation of new business.

As the Head of Finance, Marie is responsible for all aspects of financial work, including cash management, forecasts, budgetary needs, and financial modelling.

As the Accounts Administrator, Carlene is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.

Laura Hands Accounts Administrator

As the Accounts Administrator, Laura is responsible for checking invoices, accounts administration, and sending out invoices and statements.

Susan Allbut HR Manager

As the HR Manager, Susan oversees all administrative functions of the HR department, Susan oversees all licensing applications, screening requests, and enhanced DBS requests.
