To enter the 2017 Bay Living Awards on behalf of yourself or an organisation please complete this online entry form. You may enter as many categories as you wish, however, you must submit a separate online entry form for each one.
How to enter
There is a section where you can list websites and weblinks which may describe your work or show galleries of photos etc. So you don’t need to put all the detail in your entry narrative if it’s all on your website – the entry text is to summarise why what you’ve achieved is special.
Please mark any confidential/not for publication information clearly as “NOT FOR PUBLICATION”
WE ADVISE THAT YOU PREPARE YOUR SUBMISSION ‘OFFLINE’ IN SEPARATE WORD PROCESSING SOFTWARE OR A TEXT EDITOR BEFORE PASTING YOUR COMPLETED SUBMISSION INTO THIS FORM.
If you wish to supply additional information such as cuttings, brochures, leaflets, reports, photographs, please supply these digitally if possible. The closing date for online entries is 5pm, Friday June 30, 2017
