The Night
Lancaster University’s Great Hall is one of the most prestigious venues in The Bay area and was our first choice venue for staging The Bay Living Awards.
Easily accessible and a landmark location for the whole Bay area, Lancaster University’s Great Hall will play host to The Bay Living Awards on September 7th 2017.Hosted by The Bay Radio’s breakfast presenter, Danny Matthews, The Bay Living Awards will be much more than an awards ceremony. The Bay Radio and Bay Living magazine teams, together with all the other media brands backing this event, are committed to delivering a fabulous night of entertainment and celebration with live music.
On 7th September we’ll be recognising and celebrating the Best of The Bay, so the Bay Living Awards team needed to choose the best local party band around.
Introducing Sold To The Sky…the most eclectic local band you will ever see! Sold To The Sky aren’t like other bands. They don’t just stand there and play the songs… they’ll be performing with musicianship, raw energy and a hell of a lot of fun to give everyone lucky enough to be in attendance at the Bay Living Awards a unique live band experience.
Sold To The Sky come from the Lancaster & Morecambe District and are Andy Cruxton, lead singer and guitar, Scott Young, lead guitar and vocals, Mike Shepherd, drum and vocals and Dan Grimmitt, base and vocals.
